Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective partial or total pancreatoduodenectomy (robotic and open approach) due to any indication; written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA > III; understanding problems; participation in another study with interference with study outcome; previous gastric surgery; pre-known gastroparesis

DGE, clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF), postpancreatectomy hemorrhage (PPH), chyle leak, postpancreatectomy acute pancreatitis (PPAP), each according to the ISGPS, intraabdominal fluid collection/abscess, postoperative overall morbidity classified by Clavien-Dindo, reinterventions/-operations, mortality, length of postoperative hospital stay, readmission to hospital
