To retrospectively evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic pathways and algorithms in patients with MTX-associated osteopathy.	—

Measure	Time frame
• To characterize the clinical presentation and imaging findings in patients diagnosed with MTX-associated osteopathy. • To assess the temporal relationship between MTX exposure and the onset of osteopathic symptoms. • To analyze treatment modifications (e.g., MTX discontinuation, substitution, or supportive therapies) and their impact on clinical outcomes. • To identify potential risk factors (e.g., dosage, duration of therapy, comorbidities) associated with the development of MTX-associated osteopathy.	—
