Group 1: As part of the planned diagnostic, non-interventional, cross-sectional study (diagnostic), ToM abilities will be evaluated using standardized instruments. The diagnostic measures include perf
in addition, clinical parameters such as symptom severity, duration of illness, and comorbidities are recorded as possible influencing factors. This is a one-time cross-sectional survey
follow-up examinations or direct intervention are not part of the project.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are forensically committed (according to §63 STGB) or o Patients of the forensic aftercare outpatient clinic o Both competent and incompetent patients (in the latter case, the consent of the legal guardian is also obtained) o Main diagnosis F20 o Male gender o Age: 20 years and older • o Native language German or sufficient language skills to participate in the neuropsychological examinations
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Physical illnesses that prevent participation in the study (e.g., bedridden, blindness, deafness) • Clinically relevant depression PHQ> 9 • Neurological diseases • Stroke • History of traumatic brain injury • History of suicide attempts
