Group 1: Multiphase elastography is performed as an (additional) examination in ultrasound or MRI after recording standardised diagnostic markers.
The examination shall be repeated at annual interval

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Written consent prior to study-specific activities. 2. The individual is capable of giving consent and able to understand the nature and implications of the study. 3. Age over 18 years. 4. Confirmed hypertension/aortic dilatation based on current clinical recommendations or imaging without the pre-existing conditions listed under the exclusion criteria (patient group) or 5. Exclusion of arterial hypertension or aortic ectasia (control group)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. persons under the age of 18 2. in the case of MRI: implants that are not approved for MRI 3. unclear medical history, reduced insight. 4. seriously ill patients 5. pregnancy
