Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Bavarian-Swabian civil servants employed on a permanent or probationary basis who underwent a medical examination by a public health officer at the medical examination center of the Government of Swabia between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, to assess their fitness for duty or reactivation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were the lack of formal (e.g., residence outside Bavarian Swabia) or substantive (e.g., duration of illness less than three months) jurisdiction of the medical examination center of the government of Swabia.

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to record the clinical pictures that affected the fitness for duty of Bavarian-Swabian civil servants employed on a permanent or probationary basis in the calendar years 2024 and 2025. There is no conventional endpoint; the above-mentioned parameters are recorded for each civil servant examined during this period.
