Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The data were obtained from inpatient and outpatient patients who were treated for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo between May 2015 and May 2025 at the Johanniter Kliniken Bonn, including the Johanniter Krankenhaus Bonn and the Waldkrankenhaus Bonn sites.

Measure	Time frame
The aim is to determine the frequency of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) in geriatric patients. Additionally, complications such as falls or fractures will be highlighted. An evaluation of the treatment of BPPV will also be conducted.	—
