The study examines nutrient intake of students who participate in the culinary medicine elective.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - the ability to provide oral and written informed consent - only students enrolled at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg will be considered (students must be at least in their seocnd semester; this will be checked based on certificates of enrollment ) - sufficient knowledge of German to complete a questionnaire in German language and to understand the procedures of the study - Willingness to complete a 2-day weighed food diary twice during the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - known diseases of the gastrointestinal tract which require a special diet (e.g. celiac disease, which requires a gluten-free diet) and in which increasing dietary fiber intake may be problematic - Aversion to plant-based diets - Breastfeeding/pregnancy - Eating disorders (self-reported) - Participation in another study within the last four weeks - Underweight (BMI 30 kg/m²), which require a special diet or caloric restriction - Abuse of drugs, alcohol (>20g/d) or nicotine (daily consumption) - Known soy allergy or nut allergy - Previous psychiatric illnesses that are not compatible with a group intervention - Any finding that, in the opinion of the principle investigator, makes the participant appear unsuitable for the study
