Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Clinical suspicion of (peri-)myocarditis based on symptoms, ECG findings, and laboratory results. • Diagnostic confirmation of (peri-)myocarditis. • Biopsy-proven (peri-)myocarditis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Contraindications to MRI (e.g., claustrophobia, metallic implants, morbid obesity). • Pregnancy. • Lack of written informed consent (e.g., refusal to participate or inability to provide informed consent).
