Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers or fathers and informal caregivers aged 18 years or older who participate in a medical preventive care program pursuant to §24 or §23 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V), at the Augustinum Preventive Care Clinic Berchtesgadener Land will be included.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The primary endpoints for the group of mothers and fathers are: a) Well-being, measured using the WHO-5 Well-Being Index (WHO-5) b) Anxiety symptoms, measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire-4 (PHQ-4) c) Depressive symptoms, measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire-4 (PHQ-4) d) Everyday problems and daily stress, measured using the Everyday Stressors Index (ESI) each measured at the end of the three-week stay. The primary endpoints for the group of family caregivers are: a) Well-being, measured using the WHO-5 Well-Being Index (WHO-5) b) Anxiety symptoms, measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire-4 (PHQ-4) c) Depressive symptoms, measured using the Patient Health Questionnaire-4 (PHQ-4) d) Caregiver burden, measured using the Häusliche Pflege-Skala (HPS-k) each measured at the end of the three-week stay.	—
