Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical reconstruction of the diaphragm performed within the last three months with a successful outcome and complete resolution of reflux symptoms. Availability of a preoperative MRI of the hiatus prior to the reflux surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No preoperative MRI available. No resolution of reflux symptoms after surgery. Unsuccessful surgical outcome.
