All patients have a mental health disorder (at least one F-diagnosis accordng to ICD-10) and an indication for outpatient psychotherapy. F00-F99

Interventions

Group 1: Patients, caregivers and therapists of a university outpatient unit for child and adolescent psychotherapy complete the rating scale BeKi (assesment of therapeutic relationship)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients currently receiving treatment at the outpatient unit for child and adolescent psychotherapy at Trier University, Germany

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Given objection to usage of the collected data in the context of treatment for scientific purposes.

MeasureTime frame
The therapeutic relationship (therapist-patient), ratet by therapist, assessed through the questionnaire "Beziehungsfragen für die Kinder- und Jugendpsychotherapie" (Relationship-questionnaire für the child and adolescent psychotherapy) (BEKI). The outcome is assessed as part of routine outcome monitoring during the treatment phase at the university outpatient unit for child and adolescent psychotherapy at Trier University, Germany.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. therapeutic relationship (therapist-patient), rated by patient; therapeutic relationship (therapist-caregiver), rated by therapist; therapeutic relationship (therapist-caregiver), rated by caregiver. All therapeutic relationship variables are assessed with the BEKI. 2. symptomatology, rated by caregiver, assessed through the Brief Problem Monitor (BPM); symptomatology, rated by patient, assessed through the Brief Problem Monitor (BPM). 3. clinical improvement, rated by caregivers; clinical improvement, rated by therapists; clinical improvement, rated by patients. All clinical improvements are rated through the Clinical-Global-Impressions Improvement item (CGI-Improvement). 4. self efficacy expectations of the patient, ratet by patients, assessed through the "Skala zur Allgemeinen Selbstwirksamkeitserwartung" (scale for the general self-efficacy expectations) (SWE). All secondary outcomes are assessed simultaneously with the primary outcome.
