Inclusion criteria: Patients: - Completed inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation within the past = 12 weeks - Diagnosis of a depressive disorder (F32.x, F33.x [excluding F32.3, F33.3], F34.1, F31.3) and/or a neurotic, stress-related, or somatoform disorder (F40.x, F41.0, F41.1, F41.2, F41.3, F41.8, F41.9, F43.2, F45.0, F48.0) as the main or secondary diagnosis Staff - Therapeutic or administrative role in the preparation or delivery of the digital aftercare program Rethera Mind - Direct contact with patients in daily work - Use of the digital application(s) for the aftercare with Rethera Mind as part of daily work routines
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: - Acute suicidality or a recent suicide attempt - Acute severe psychiatric disorder - Substance use disorder with lack of abstinence Applicable only to digital aftercare with Rethera Mind or conventional aftercare with Psy-RENA: - Insufficient treatment adherence and/or insufficient treatment motivation Applicable only to digital aftercare with Rethera Mind: - Pathological internet or computer use - Cognitive or motor impairments that prevent use of the app - Lack of required technical resources (e.g., suitable device, internet access) or insufficient digital literacy
