Group 1: The nursing team at a nursing home receives six different training options in analog and digital form on the topic of pain management at two-week intervals. The study lasts 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing assistant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: external nursing staff from temporary employment agencies
