Measure	Time frame
Sudden gains in symptom severity and everyday functioning, assessed using weekly questionnaires (Short Emotional Disorder Inventory (SEDI), Work and Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS), adapted German translation). Sudden gains are defined according to the criteria set out by Tang & DeRubeis (1999).	—

Early response, assessed using weekly questionnaires (Short Emotional Disorder Inventory (SEDI), Work and Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS), adapted German translation). Early response is defined as a reliable and clinically significant change in symptom severity and/or everyday functioning up to (and including) the fifth session based on the Reliable Change Index (RCI).	—
