Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in subjective psychological well-being (measured using the WHO-Five Well-Being Index (WHO-5)(Brähler et al., 2007)), operationalized as the Reliable Change Index (RCI) of well-being from pre-intervention (before the start of group therapy) to post-intervention (after group therapy).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, and stress symptoms (measured with the DASS-21 Depression Anxiety Stress Scales, 21-item short form), operationalized as the Reliable Change Index (RCI) for the respective subscales from pre (before the start of group therapy) to post (after completion of group therapy). Drop-out (assessed via documentation of treatment discontinuation during the 12-week group therapy as a binary event: yes/no), defined as attendance at fewer than 8 out of 12 sessions.
