Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nursing staff: informed consent Patients: informed consent, minimum stay of 2 nights at the hospital, German language skills
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nursing staff: Pool workers from participating institutions with prior knowledge of nVF (i.e., participation in pilot studies) or temporary workers with < 3 months of service in the ward Patients: Cognitively impaired patients, patients incapable of giving consent, patients in the terminal phase, < 2 nights' stay in the ward
