Interventions

Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all patients who were treated by the air rescue service (DRF Luftrettung) between 2012 and 2022 due to a psychiatric diagnosis.

Inclusion criteria: All primary emergency missions with a documented psychiatric emergency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary transfers, cases with incomplete or implausible documentation
