Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Extent of body-related stress in the state (assessed using PHQ-15 and SSD-12 formulated in the state) and manipulation check Affective mentalisation competence is taught in three sessions (50 min). State-related physical stress (as measured by PHQ-15 and SSD-12 in state) is assessed immediately after the last induction of affective mentalisation (arm 1: experimental condition). In the control condition (arm 2), the identical questionnaires are completed online at three points in time without prior induction of affective mentalisation. In the experimental condition (arm 1), after completing the PHQ-15, the SSD-12 (somatoform symptoms in state) and the EBQ (affective mentalisation ability), the manipulation check is completed to verify whether the manipulation (induction of affective mentalisation ability) was effective.
