No illness/health problem is being investigated. Investigation of dietary behavior, nutritional knowledge, and motivations for following ketogenic diets, as well as determination of metabolic markers and nutritional status in healthy adults in Germany who have been following a ketogenic diet for at least 6 months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI 18.5–29.9 kg/m2 Regardless of gender Resident in Germany Following a ketogenic diet for at least 6 months (self-reported) Sufficient knowledge of the German language to complete the questionnaires and nutritional assessment methods
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No consent given to participate in the study Minor age Pregnancy, breastfeeding Presence of a serious illness or acute illness at the time of examination (during examination at the study center) Diagnosed metabolic disorder or epilepsy, or use of a ketogenic diet required for nutritional therapy
