| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The target criterion (?Diff) is defined as the difference between the maximum change of beta-hydroxybutyrate levels following Plumpy’Nut® intake (?ßOHBPlumpy’Nut®) and the beta-hydroxybutyrate fluctuations on day 3 (?ßOHBDay3). H0 ?Diff = ?ßOHBPlumpy’Nut® - ?ßOHBDay3 = 0 H1 ?Diff ? 0 | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| In Addition we monitored the blood glucose levels while fasting and hourly for 5 hours after the intervention. Insulin, vitamin B1, phosphate, potassium, sodium, calcium, chloride, cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides were measured in the blood before and hourly for 5 hours after the intervention | — |
