Group 1: Retrospective evaluation of allogeneic stem cell transplant patients with BKPyV viremia and/or viruria and evidence of GvHD
no comparison group
the histological sections of GvHD in these patients are examined for BKPyV using PCR, immunohistochemistry, and RNA in situ hybridization.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Within the studies (ethics votes BB 116/13 or BB 146/15) BKPyV viruria or viremia - Histologically confirmed cutaneous GvHD and availability of paraffin blocks

Exclusion criteria: None have been defined.
