Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy families after the birth of the first child Understanding of German in language and writing (no mental impairment) Residential 20 km radius of the hospital Harlaching

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age of guardians < 18 years Families who do not understand the German language (questionnaires are currently not available in translation) Diseases that require permanent medication before/during and after pregnancy Multiple pregnancies, premature birth Known maternal formative diseases such as medically diagnosed depression

Difference Weight gain children between studies with app – support and control group without app Based on the z-score values for weight development, they are categorized as follows : 0.67 to 1.34 SD (fast weight gain), > 1.34 SD (very fast weight gain) It is measured with 6 months, 12 months and 24 months during the follow-up dates and data from the U-booklet
