Inclusion criteria: APACHE-2-Score = 15 Stay in the surgical intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age < 18 years Patients with a planned length of stay of less than 48 hours

Measure	Time frame
Identification of resistance mechanisms and their association with disease severity, length of hospital stay, antimicrobial susceptibility testing results, and concomitant antibiotic therapy. The results of the measurements are also intended to show a temporal progression.	—
