Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Employment at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf as a nurse; German language skills at level B2; informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Employees from other areas; nursing trainees, nursing staff from other clinics (temporary staff); insufficient knowledge of German; no voluntary and independently effective consent
