Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving (partial) inpatient psychiatric treatment, or those attending psychiatric outpatient clinics (Psychiatrische Institutsambulanzen) within six months after discharge from an inpatient setting, with a diagnosis of severe mental illness (SMI): schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, severe depression, or emotionally unstable personality disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insufficient knowledge of the German language

Recovery Measurement method: Recovery (RAS-29) Time point: T2 Description: A questionnaire assessing individual recovery. It comprises four subscales: doing things that are important to me; looking forward; mastering my illness; connectedness and belonging. The questionnaire includes three subscales: social isolation, social relationships, and social acceptance.
