Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: GP practices currently treating patients with suspected post-acute infection syndromes (particularly post-COVID 19 syndrome and post-vaccination syndrome) and/or ME/CFS are invited to participate. Adult patients with suspected post-acute infection syndromes (especially post-COVID 19 syndrome and post-vaccine syndrome) and/or ME/CFS will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairments or disorders, such as aphasia, as well as insufficient knowledge of the German language
