Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Investigation of the diagnostic accuracy of oscillometry with tremoflo® as an index test based on sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values compared to bodyplethysmography as the reference standard with regard to the presence of bronchial obstruction. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Sensitivities, specificities and predictive values of other increase ratios determined using receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis. In addition, correlations between oscillometry and the characteristic values of bodyplethysmography are being explored in order to determine any additional benefits for the detection of small airway diseases, which often remain undetected by other methods. | — |
