Interventions
Group 1: Manual generation of heart team protocols (mHT protocols) by physicians based on clinical and paraclinical patient data as the basis for therapy decisions in the Heart Team
measurement of time and correctness of data transfer (baseline).
Group 2: Artificial intelligence based heart team protocols (aiHT protocols), which are generated using large language models, based on
measurement of time and the number of correct entries (baseline).

Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Comparison of accuracy of AI-based heart team protocols (aiHT protocols) with and without manual correction with manual heart team protocols (mHT protocols) and information in medical reports using statistical methods (measurement of correct transfer using a scoring system). | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Time required to create protocols for all three methods (mHT protocols, aiHT protocols with manual adjustment, and fully automatized aiHT protocols) as well as the learning curve (increasing efficiency in protocol assessment) | — |
