Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male individuals with alcohol dependence (n = 80; 20 per study group) will be enrolled if they meet the ICD-10 criteria for alcohol dependence and have undergone alcohol withdrawal treatment in a qualified detoxification unit (Asklepios Fachklinikum Wiesen). Patients with alcohol use disorder (AUD) have been abstinent for at least one week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include severe and/or acute other psychiatric, substance use-related, or somatic disorders, as well as insufficient proficiency in German.
