Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Factors influencing the quality of CBCT spins (primarily body mass index, nodule localization including proximity to the heart, examination duration, ventilation parameters)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Complications during CBCT spin (desaturation, end-tidal CO2 increase, cardiorespiratory problems) • Tool-in-lesion (confirmation of the puncture needle in the nodule) • Peri-interventional complications (anesthesia-related: cardiorespiratory, e.g., circulatory instability, catecholamine administration, oxygenation disorder, hypercapnia; bronchoscopy-related: e.g., bleeding, pneumothorax) • Post-interventional complications (especially pneumothorax, bleeding, respiratory disorders) • Procedure times (total procedure, timing of CBCT spins, breath holds) • Number of CBCT spins • Accuracy of RAB (malignant and benign diagnoses, strict diagnostic yield, sensitivity for malignancy) • Safety and feasibility of breath holds
