| Goal of this study is to gather perfusion parameters of the outer skin and the mucosa during rest in healthy volunteers/patients to identify normal values. Therefore, pictures of standardized areas of the outer skin and mucosa (arms, legs, dorsum, belly, oral cavitiy, oropharynx) are taken with a hyperspectral camera (TIVITA mini (Fa. Diaspective Vision)) after a rest period of at least 10 minutes. The following parameters are measured: THI (tissue hemoglobin index), StO2 (superficial hemoglob oxygenation), NIR (deep tissue oxygenation), TWI (tissue water index). The gathered data are statistically analyzed. | — |
