Group 1: Fotodocumentation of different sites of the outer skin or oral mucosa with hyperspectral imaging in healthy volunteers - single documentation, 20 minutes

Inclusion criteria: Patients able to consent

Exclusion criteria: Intraoral disease prior radiation of the head and neck

Measure	Time frame
Goal of this study is to gather perfusion parameters of the outer skin and the mucosa during rest in healthy volunteers/patients to identify normal values. Therefore, pictures of standardized areas of the outer skin and mucosa (arms, legs, dorsum, belly, oral cavitiy, oropharynx) are taken with a hyperspectral camera (TIVITA mini (Fa. Diaspective Vision)) after a rest period of at least 10 minutes. The following parameters are measured: THI (tissue hemoglobin index), StO2 (superficial hemoglob oxygenation), NIR (deep tissue oxygenation), TWI (tissue water index). The gathered data are statistically analyzed.	—
