Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: being active in competitive sports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - younger than 11 years or older than 21 years - not engaged in competitive or elite sport - severe mental disorder involving acute risk of self-harm or requiring individual psychological treatment
