Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Member of a medical profession, or currently in training or in a study program for a medical profession. Signed informed consent for particiption in the study.

Exclusion criteria: Non Member of a medical profession, or currently in training or in a study program for a medical profession. Non signed informed consent for particiption in the study.

| Subjective Stress Perception of Participants in simulation-based Education and Debriefing in Correlation with achieved reflection depths in the Debriefing. Assessment is conducted immediately after the training scenario and after the debriefing using the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ20). The debriefing analysis is performed using the translated version of Fleck's reference framework for classifying reflection depths within the context of medical simulation-based education. | — |
