Group 1: Patients diagnosed with OPSCC who have undergone multimodal therapy with flap reconstruction surgery and have completed therapy at least 3 months ago.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed OPSCC histology, surgery with flap reconstruction, at least 3 months after completion of therapy, sufficient knowledge of German.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment, lack of capacity to consent.
