Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - bariatric laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (OPS-Code 5-434.50) - age >/= 18 years - all insurances - minimum 12 months of follow-up - subgroup: soldiers and similar professions (police, fire fighters)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to meet the inclusion criteria. Active patient objection (opt-out procedure announced by study information displayed at BWK Berlin).
