Inclusion criteria: Trainee nursing staff at Ulm University Hospital; ward staff at Ulm University Hospital; central practical instructors and practical instructors; teaching staff at the nursing school; managers

The following primary outcomes are considered: (1) intention to withdraw from the training programme and (2) intention to work in the training hospital after successful completion of the programme.

Secondary

The following secondary outcomes are considered: (1) succssful completion of the programme and (2) discrepancy between expections and experiences made while completing the programme.
