Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Online consent to participate in the study during an online presence appointment on the secure platform Minddistrict - Age > 18 years - Diagnosis of ASD, confirmed by the submission of a medical letter that verifies the diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Lack of capacity to provide consent - Within the last 6 weeks: newly started treatment with psychotropic drugs or change in dosage of psychotropic medication - Planned start of treatment with psychotropic drugs or planned change in dosage of psychotropic medication within the next 6 months - Ongoing outpatient, day clinic, or inpatient psychotherapy or other autism-specific therapy - Planned outpatient, day clinic, or inpatient psychotherapy or other autism-specific therapy within the next 6 months

MeasureTime frame
Effectiveness measurement of the online therapy program "Autism in Adulthood" for adult patients with ASD; Correlation measurement between special interests, "stimming," and well-being, quality of life, perceived self-efficacy, general exhaustion, spirituality, and helpfulness. Correlation measurement of comorbidity between autism and ADHD, depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, trauma-related disorders, sleep disorders, substance use disorders, self-esteem, general functionality, tidiness, and flexibility. This will be evaluated at the end of the study using questionnaires.
