MeasureTime frame
To measure and characterize YAP/TAZ activity across HNSCC patient samples and cellular models to predict sensitivity to TEAD inhibition, we want to specifically address the following aims: I. Assessment of YAP/TAZ transcriptional activity across HNSCC patients and HNSCC cell line panels. II. Generation and molecular characterization of HNSCC patient-derived organoid models and testing of sensitivity to TEAD inhibition. III. Genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9-based functional genetic screen for genes affecting sensitivity of HNSCC cell lines to TEAD inhibition.
