Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Legal adulthood (age = 18 years) - Chronic inflammatory skin disease: PSO or AD - DLQI score of at least 6 points - HADS score of at least 4 points - Covered by statutory health insurance - Access to a smartphone for installation of the study app and sufficient technical skills to complete registration successfully

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient proficiency in spoken and written German

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Reduction in anxiety and depression after 6 months - Assessed using the HADS - Collected via the study app through questionnaires

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Reduction in disease activity (itching) - Improvement in quality of life (Dermatology Life Quality Index, DLQI) - Improvement in self-management skills (Health Education Impact Questionnaire, heiQ) - Reduction of risk factors - Higher satisfaction with care - Reduction of inflammatory lesions - Reduction of associated healthcare costs - Guideline-adherent allocation of therapies
