Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants in the study can be any individual completing an MBOR (Medical-Vocational Rehabilitation) program B or C at the clinic in Bad Rothenfelde. Further inclusion criteria are: written informed consent to participate in the study, written consent to data sharing, specific occupational problems due to knee, hip, upper or lower extremity, or spinal problems, good eyesight, and sufficient German language skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: underlying neurological and psychiatric diseases, acute infection, fracture situation that is not stable enough for exercise, and insufficient cardiac resilience.
