Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with positive respiratory pathogen detection between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No detetcion of a respiratory pathogen during this period by diagnostic PCR

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of the clinical courses of RSV and SARS-CoV-2 infections in adult patients, including demographic, laboratory, clinical, and virological data. Assessment of disease burden and outcomes, with a particular focus on patients with relevant comorbidities, especially lung transplant recipients.
