Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study requires healthy, consent-capable participants aged 18 or older who have adequate spoken and written German skills to participate in the surveys and who own and are familiar with using a portable digital device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) with internet access for the digital intervention component.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute disorders that impair treatment with therapeutic modalities specific to the health resort
