Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed with SAPHO syndrome by experts in rare diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Psychological impairments that prevent understanding of the questionnaire, the study, or the ability to provide informed consent -Refusal to participate in the study -Lack of capacity to provide informed consent -Patients with Total Temporomandibular Joint Replacement (TMJ) -Patients under the age of 18

-Is it possible to identify a typical symptomatic presentation in patients with SAPHO syndrome? -Which temporomandibular disorder (TMD) symptoms are observed in patients with SAPHO syndrome, and how frequently do they occur? -Do the clinical findings, imaging results, and/or completed questionnaires suggest the presence of more than one dental problem, or indicate possible signs of a rare disease?
