Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: non-ventilated patient in intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with a previously diagnosed delirium, severe neurological disorders, or consciousness impairments that hinder assessment. -.Active otitis externa or other ear conditions preventing the use of the sensor. - Patients under 18 years of age. - Patients with a known history of acute or chronic psychotic disorders. - Patients in the terminal stage of a disease and/or receiving palliative care. - Insufficient knowledge of the German language or aphasia.- - Patients with severe visual or hearing impairments.
