Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age at least 60 years at the time of diabetes manifestation and initiation of insulin treatment within the first year after manifestation. Serum C-peptide at the time of examination < 300 pmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pancreatic Diabetes No diabetes antibody data in files

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is the identification of patients in the medical records of Karlsburg Diabetes Hospital from 2010 to 2020 who meet the following criteria: manifestation of type 1 diabetes at the age of at least 60 years; treatment with insulin within the first year after diagnosis with insulin; serum C-peptide at the time of the documented examination less than 300 pmol/L. The clinical and laboratory data contained in these patients' files will be evaluated.
