Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age at least 60 years at the time of diabetes manifestation and initiation of insulin treatment within the first year after manifestation. Serum C-peptide at the time of examination < 300 pmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pancreatic Diabetes No diabetes antibody data in files

| The primary endpoint is the identification of patients in the medical records of Karlsburg Diabetes Hospital from 2010 to 2020 who meet the following criteria: manifestation of type 1 diabetes at the age of at least 60 years; treatment with insulin within the first year after diagnosis with insulin; serum C-peptide at the time of the documented examination less than 300 pmol/L. The clinical and laboratory data contained in these patients' files will be evaluated. | — |
