Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Familial Mediterranean Fever according to the Tel Hashomer criteria 3, Treatment in the Department of Rheumatology at the University Hospital Heidelberg (UKHD) between 01.01.2004, and 31.12.2025 3. Treatment with IL-1-inhibitors
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not yet reached the age of 18 2. Incomplete patient records that preclude the analysis of indicators for IL-1 inhibitor therapy 3. Patients treated outside the UKHD or without documented treatment in the Department of Rheumatology 4. Patients without a documented follow-up visit

| The aim of this study is to identify predictors for the use of continuous versus intermittent IL-1 inhibitor therapy in patients with FMF. The parameters to be analyzed (clinical and laboratory data) were collected during routine medical visits in the past. In addition, the PRAS score and ISSF score were recorded. Data retrieval is performed via the electronic medical records of the University Hospital Heidelberg (UKHD). | — |
