Inclusion criteria: • Interest and consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Completed, discontinued, or ongoing vocational training in dentistry (e.g., dentist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, or dental prophylaxis assistant). • Completed, discontinued, or ongoing nursing training (e.g., geriatric care, health and (pediatric) nursing, or nursing specialist). • Other completed, discontinued, or ongoing medical or therapeutic specialist training that includes a professional qualification in nursing or dentistry. • Insufficient knowledge of German • Physical or cognitive impairment affecting the ability to clean teeth • Lack of written consent

· Survey of participants on acceptance, motivation, stress, and difficulties associated with having their teeth cleaned by someone else (standardized questionnaires and VAS). · Recording the ergonomic stress experienced by participants at six defined points in time using the validated Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) evaluation tool. · Systematic analysis of toothbrushing technique using total contact time and QIT-S. · Survey of the case group's perceptions and experiences with individualized online training (standardized questionnaires, VAS). · Survey of the control group's perceptions and experiences with the existing training and information platform mundpflege.net regarding accessibility, user-friendliness, and information content (standardized questionnaires and VAS).
