Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with AMI complicated by CS who underwent a successful pPCI (TIMI flow=2) between January 2009 and January 2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute CABG missing data mechanical complication at admission
