Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: • Age:18-65 years • BMI: 20-40 kg/m2 • Ability to give informed consent Patients: • Age:18-65 years • BMI: 20-40 kg/m2 • Ability to give informed consent • Medical diagnosis of Post- or Long-Covid documented by a physician prior to study inclusion • Persistent or new symptoms after acute infection that interfere with daily activity > 4 weeks • Depression (BDI-II >11) or fatigue (MFIS >38)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Control and patient groups: • History of psychiatric, neurological, autoimmune, rheumatological, neoplastic, dermatological, metabolic disease except insulin resistance • Acute infection • Pregnancy and nursing
