Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All anesthesia datasets recorded at the study center between 01.01.2014 and 12.31.2024. Availability of a complete intraoperative monitoring dataset, including continuous recording of the processed EEG parameters as well as routinely collected physiological and technical monitoring variables.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incomplete datasets with missing or technically unusable recordings of the processed EEG parameters or other relevant monitoring variables.

| Goal of the study: Retrospective analysis of the intraoperative distribution and determinants of processed EEG parameters (State Entropy, Response Entropy, Burst Suppression Ratio). The study examines their associations with physiological variables, patient-related factors, and intraoperatively administered medications. In addition, temporal patterns of these EEG parameters – particularly the occurrence of burst-suppression episodes – as well as the distribution of pathological constellations (classical versus modified Triple-Low) will be analyzed. All parameters are continuously recorded throughout the entire duration of anesthesia as part of routine clinical monitoring and are evaluated retrospectively. | — |
